🏆 We’re proud to announce that some of us from Mntcrl Lab will join the European CyberSecurity Challenge next week in Warsaw as part of the organizations, in the official role of Watchdogs.
The ECSC is Europe’s leading annual competition for emerging cybersecurity talent, bringing together national teams of young hackers and defenders to test their skills in a variety of CTF challenges.
As ECSC’s formats continue to evolve (jeopardy and attack-defense), ensuring a fair, transparent and trustworthy competition environment is essential — both for the competitors and for the broader cybersecurity ecosystem.
As watchdogs, we’ll be focusing on: • monitoring of game infrastructure and scoring integrity • Rules & incidents triage to keep gameplay fair and reproducible • Transparent reporting to organisers and participants to maintain trust
We’re excited to collaborate with the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), national teams, event hosts and the broader community to help the ECSC keep delivering a world-class experience for Europe’s next generation of security professionals.
